The East African Psychosocial Support Foundation (EAPSF) Uganda is a leading East African non-profit delivering Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) services to individuals, families, and communities affected by trauma, crisis, and social challenges.
EAPSF is a legally registered entity which was established by Counselling and Clinical psychologists in 2018, as a MHPSS service provision organization addressing Uganda’s growing mental health crisis.

We are a team of trained clinical and counselling psychologists working to close the mental health gap in Uganda by providing accessible, community-based, and evidence-driven care.
Mental health remains one of the most under-resourced sectors in Uganda. Many individuals suffer in silence due to stigma, lack of awareness, and limited access to professional care. EAPSF exists to bridge this gap by delivering holistic, accessible, and sustainable mental
health solutions.
